The more perspectives we see,the more vibrant our local communities becomes. Through the loss and the grief of the death of Police Officer Chris Oberheim Champaign Police Department, Illinois, we must build a dialogue based on the the collective efforts of our surrounding communities to come together and drive change. We know that the issues are complex. HIP Champaign is committed to finding ways to move our Champaign Urbana and the surrounding communnities forward together.
